Hi, I’m Bok.
I’m currently living in South Korea.

Life here is intense.
There’s constant comparison, competition,
and a quiet pressure to be seen in a certain way.

For a long time, I wanted to be free from that.
Yoga became my starting point.
I began practicing when I was young,
and over time, it gave me something I didn’t have before—
a sense of being rooted in myself.
So I kept going.
I studied it, practiced it, and shared it.
At some point, I chose a different path.
I wanted to work with people,
to build something in a more structured environment.
So I joined a company.
But there, I felt something slowly fading.
The more I adapted,
the more I lost the sense of “being myself.”
My body became tense again.
My mind followed.
Still, I didn’t want to escape back to yoga.
Because I genuinely enjoy working.
I enjoy building things.
So I started asking a different question:
How can I remain myself in everyday life?
How can I live with awareness—
not just on the mat, but outside of it?
That question led me here.
I’m building something around it.
A product, a space, and a way of living.
And I want to share that process.
Through writing,
through small pieces of content,
and through whatever I create along the way.
I don’t have everything figured out.
But I believe this:
The answers people are looking for
are already within them.
I’m still searching for mine.
And maybe,
in the process of sharing this journey,
someone else might find theirs too.
If this space gives even a small sense of courage,
that would be enough.
And hopefully,
we’ll meet somewhere along the way—
a little more like ourselves.
